Making goodies is something I've enjoyed doing for a long time, and people have often said I should go into business. Well, I decided I might make a go for it, but this is by no means a "professional" endeavor, and I prefer to stay local.

My own wedding had a seaside theme, so colors consisted of a wide range of blue, various seashell elements (real shells and chocolate shells), rope netting, chocolate and gummi fish, and other beachy-items.

Chocolate shells, edible pearls, and rope fondant are en example of popular cake decorations for such a theme. Here's and example.

Not only do they look gorgeous cascading down the side of a cake or placed on several tiers, but they also set the stage around the base on a cake table.
